Welcome to meimei baking! I’m Marisa, and with me is my (sleeping) sidekick, Mei Mei. I love baking (obviously), classical music, and binging kdramas at night. I first discovered my love for baking when I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies for Father’s Day back in middle school. After that, I spiraled into a baking frenzy, baking goods ranging from Milk Bar’s famous birthday layer cake to Christmas spice mochi bread babka. Over the years, I have gravitated towards incorporating Asian flavors such as matcha or miso into my baking. Now, I’m thrilled to share with you my latest project: meimei baking, where I am dedicated to creating “not too sweet” recipes with Asian-inspired flavors!
